How it works

Renting at Solantice Apartments is a simple process. Fill out the application below to get the process started.

Apply
Fill out the rental application. If you have a pet, fill out the pet application too.
Hear back
Once your application is filled out, email it to info@solantice.com. We thank you for your consideration of our property, and we should be able to get back to you with updates on your application within a day or two of getting it in our office. We will follow up with a phone call after we have processed your application.
Hold your suite
After your application has been approved, you will need to submit your security deposit to hold your suite.
